  • The brief

    Simonds is one of Australia's biggest builders, having been around as a family-owned business for over 75 years. So they were looking for a new brand platform that allowed them to talk about their heritage and credibility, as well as their present, and their future.

  • The idea

    We understood that Simonds has ben a big part of building The Great Australian Dream of a home, enough space for a deck and barbie, and friendly neighbours. We created their new brand platform 'How Australia Homes', and launched a film that featured real home footage of Simonds families from the last 75 years.
